Do I get enough exercise ?

Every week I get lots of exercise . From Monday to Friday, at school I have PE twice a week for an hour on Tuesday and Thursday , we do gym and we also play football and baksketball . In the playground I play football . After school, I go to swimming lessons once a week on Friday . At the weekend , I ride a bike in the park , I run and play football . I think I get about six hours of exercise every week .

Do I get enough exercise?

Every week I do exercise. From Monday to Sunday, I run some days. At school I have P.E. twice a week. I play football. I play football in the playground too. I swim every Friday.Some days I run  around my town.I go cycling too. Do I get enough exercise?

Every week I get lots of exercise. Every days I up the stairs, I run to go from a place to other place and I have a long track in my house. From Monday to Friday, when it's sunny, I ride a bike. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we have PE, we play a lot of games. On Wednesdays, at the break, we have football. I At the weekend, I play football with my friends.

I think I get about nine hours of exercise every week. When I do exercise, I feel good about myself. I get hungry and thirsty.

My weekend

On Saturday, I get up at quarter past ten, I eat breakfast and I get dressed. In the afternoon, I go to Antia's birthday, at night, I watch a film, and then I go to sleep.
On Sunday, I get up at 11 o'clock, I have a shower. In the afternoon, I play with my cousins,
I play music on my MP3 player, I have a snack and I draw. At night I watch TV and I go to sleep.

My weekend

At the weekend, on Saturday I get up and I wash my face.
I put my clothes on and I do my homework and I play with my syster.Then I eat and after lunch I go to the bathroom to wash my teeth.Afterwards
I study social Science and Maths.I play football  alone.
Then I read a book about Geronimo Stilton.At night I put my pyjamas on and I go to bed.
On Sunday I stand up, I eat breakfast and then I wash my face, I put  my clothes on and I go to my grandmother's house to eat.
Then I play with my cats and I play football alone again.
Then I have a shower, I put my pyjamas on and I  go to bed.
And this is my weekennd.
