Do I get enough exercise?

Every week I get lots of exercise. Every days I up the stairs, I run to go from a place to other place and I have a long track in my house. From Monday to Friday, when it's sunny, I ride a bike. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we have PE, we play a lot of games. On Wednesdays, at the break, we have football. I At the weekend, I play football with my friends.

I think I get about nine hours of exercise every week. When I do exercise, I feel good about myself. I get hungry and thirsty.
